Born in North Carolina, Dr. Rick Ballard grew up mostly in Utah, attending college at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. This was followed by four years of dental school at Case School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, where he graduated at the top of his class. As a successful orthodontist, Rick is passionate about providing the highest quality care to and improving the quality of life of his patients. His unique insights have helped inspire and build the productivity tools developed at Market Igniter.
